The Golf:
The Golf de l’Ocean covers 90 hectares & is composed of 3 beautiful 9 hole plying natural sand planted with eucalyptus, tamarisk, cypress, mimosa and palm trees and around four lakes. The Ocean Golf was designed by the famous architect Belt Collins.
The Ocean golf was hosting from March 2011 and during four years the prestigious golf competition, the Trophée Hassan II - European Tour.
A free shuttle service connects the Atlantic Palace Hotel with its Golf de l'Ocean. The Atlantic Palace Resort offers golf packages and spa that for sure will improve your golfing skills and also gives you the opportunity to play on several nearby courses as Golf du Soleil and Golf des Dunes. The golf offers a natural relief and sometimes narrow in order to vary the types of difficulties and increases the challenges of the players. A driving range for 30 golfers with "Target fairway" and "Target green" features panoramic views of the course and surrounding countryside including the Atlas. The architect designed the course so as to offer golfers a wide range of difficulties. The Ocean Course offers a high quality golf course and a very high level for all levels of golfers.
Academy: The "Michielsen Academy" allows beginners to discover golf and insiders to perfect their game and skills. From the age of 6 years, the Academy offers to your children the opportunity to learn about this sport. Peter Michielsen is a PGA pro in Belgium during 55 years and a founding member of the Belgium PGA. The academy offers particular teaching; the pedagogy is based on a natural swing of each individual. Take note that lessons are taught in French, Flemish, English, Arabic, German and Italian.
Club House: The Club House of the Ocean Course is American architecture, it offers a unique view of the entire course, but also stunning views of Oued Souss, the Ocean, the Atlas and the Kasbah of Agadir. The Club House offers bar and restaurant serving fresh fruit cocktails and other local specialties. Do not miss the restaurant's terrace bar, relaxing and meeting place.

The names of the wings are Zagora, Tinerhir, Chellah, Rissani Oudaya & Taroudant. Each of the 329 spacious hotel guest rooms has a private balcony or a terrace with views over the gardens or pool.

Seaside: The developed coastal road allows you to stroll along more of the sea front, a popular place for a walk at any time of day. It offers a complete panorama of the whole bay. Don't miss visiting the port which is constantly buzzing.
The old Kasbah: Destroyed by the earthquake of 1960, the kasbah no longer has its crenellated ramparts. Nevertheless, this elevated site has a complete view of the bay, the port and the new town. It is enchanting at sundown, when the light is flecked with gold.
The new medina: Slightly to the south of the city center, this is a place to be discovered with great delight: the new medina was reconstructed from the 1990s onwards by Italian architect Coco Polizzi. Careful urban development, craftsmen and restaurants. It is an original and bold success, where the Moroccan soul still survives. The jewelry souk and the Moorish café are more than worth the detour.
