UNA Restaurant: The UNA Restaurant serves Tuscan specialties and dishes from the Mugello area, with freshly made pasta and local ingredients. A well-stocked cellar which satisfies even the most demanding palates and the most important occasions. The restaurant is in the main part of the resort and has an adjoining outdoor terrace with a view of the lake of Cignano and the practice field. Tuscan cuisine makes use of simple and genuine ingredients such as bread, olive oil, vegetables, meat from local farms and home made pasta. The splendor and eccentricity of the Renaissance courts have added to this a variety of more elaborate dishes which also satisfy more demanding palates. Our chef suggests a menu in which ingredients in season are used, with “theme” evenings and a variety of culinary events inspired by a choice of wines or locally found ingredients (wild mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts) as well as food from other regions. The chef suggests a menu of Tuscan specialties (hors d’oeuvres of cold meats and canapés, stuffed pasta from the Mugello, sliced rare beef steak with baby salad and Parmesan cheese). The average cost of a meal is 40 € per person excluding wine. The dining room seats up to 170 people for banquets. Capacity: up to 70 places à la carte The sixteenth century Villa Cignano with its garden and Veranda is available for parties and wedding receptions for up to 80. During the sunny days is possible to serve up to 150 people. Two Interior sitting rooms, called Camino and Lame, allow for more exclusive and private dinners for small groups.
UNA Cafè: Situated in the main body of the building, in summer it is spread out to the terrace with a view of the lake of Cignano and of the practice field. Also known as Club House Bar, it is the meeting point for golfers to socialize and have a drink. An à la carte menu and hot dishes are avilable for lunch. UNA Café offers a mini menu restaurant service outside restaurant opening hours, under the pergola beside the pool during summer months, as well as a normal bar service.
Club House Bar Apetizer: every day from 6:30pm to 7:30 pm from April 1st SWIMMING POOL Relax yourselves in the quite of nature. Feel the soft breeze brush your skin as you take a sip of your favorite drink by the pool side, with a spectacular view over the golf Poggio dei Medici. The 21x11 meters pool and the Jacuzzi with waterfalls pool are open from June to September. Hotel guests have free access to the pools, with bathing towels available at the pool deck, and provision of sun beds and umbrellas. The Pool Bar is opened every day for tasty snacks and refreshing drinks.

On sunny days it is possible to set-up tables on the patio and garden sitting up to 150 people. Inside the Villa two sitting rooms, called Camino and Lame, allow exclusive and private dinners for small groups.
